My husband and I absolutely LOVED our cake!!! We took two bites while taking our photos and were immensely amazed. It was so good. We definitely should have gotten a bigger cake because there was NONE left at the end of the night. Him and I only got to enjoy those two bites. So much for thinking no one would want chocolate banana cake. The next big rave was the vegan cupcakes. We had several vegans at the wedding, and they couldn't believe how moist and delicious they were. Hands down best vegan cupcakes ever. There was nothing left. Everything we had from Chef Sara Lee was demolished. Cupcakes - great, cake even better. We couldn't have chosen a better bakery. This says a lot without having a cake tasting, I'm glad everything turned out so good. We live in Texas, and our wedding was in Florida, so there was no opportunity for a taste test. Everything was handled by email or video consultation. It was so hard trying to decide on the cupcake flavors because she has so many good ones. Every flavor description sounds so delicious. Our wedding cake was not one of her listed flavors, but she had no problem completing the task at hand. Based on my pinterest interests, she was able to make suggestions and help me decide the final product. I also like that Sara was fully on board with the little cake I wanted.
