We had cake pops as well for the kiddos, which were a huge hit. My husband is a huge buttercream snob and he absolutely loved the cake she made us (dolce de leche and strawberry/champagne). Haha. I would hire her again anytime. 🤍

Destin Cakes was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Sara, the owner, was super responsive, detailed, and made sure our cake was perfect for our event. You can tell she takes pride in her work - the cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious! Sara starts with a zoom video call and actively listens to your ideas to help you create the perfect pastry for your event. You can also taste test 5 flavors in your own home, which was such a nice perk. The price point is perfect for whatever your needs are, and Sara is so sweet and quick to respond if you have any questions. She made setting up the cake on our big day a breeze. Destin Cakes truly does it all - I can't recommend her enough!

The seamless process of designing, ordering and delivery, the delectable two-layer cake was exceptional. Moist and flavorful, bottom layer Dulce de leches, and the top layer, limoncello, were a perfect combination. Thank you for supporting our military and all that you do.

They made this such an easy and stress free step to getting married. First being able to have the samples delivered was so cool! The cake tasted amazing!! It is a female veteran owned and operated small business that specializes in everything cakes: cakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops, and more!I have had the privilege to order some custom cakes and not only is the cake extremely aesthetically pleasing, but also SO FREAKING GOOD! Talk about the perfect balance between fluffy, flavor, and decadent... Also, don't tell me I didn't warn you, ADDICTING!We had a friend's birthday and I ordered a 90s themed multi-layer cake. I chat with the owner and she is incredibly easy to work with! She made the vision come to life, and made it BETTER! I really appreciated her knowledge, clear communication, adaptability, and talent bcs she honestly popped off! I can tell she puts her heart into her work, because the details were so intricate. I also wanted two flavors and we chose Limoncello and Caramel Macchiato. Thinking about it makes me drool lol. I've added pics of the cake!I highly recommend Destin Cakes for everything! Bridal showers, weddings, retirements, anniversaries, birthdays!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our cake!!! We took two bites while taking our photos and were immensely amazed. It was so good. We definitely should have gotten a bigger cake because there was NONE left at the end of the night. Him and I only got to enjoy those two bites. He is not a cake fan, so for him to go for a second bite says a lot. He was upset there wasn't a piece left for us to share when we went to the room. So much for thinking no one would want chocolate banana cake. The next big rave was the vegan cupcakes. We had several vegans at the wedding, and they couldn't believe how moist and delicious they were. Hands down best vegan cupcakes ever. There was nothing left. Everything we had from Chef Sara Lee was demolished. Cupcakes - great, cake even better. We couldn't have chosen a better bakery. This says a lot without having a cake tasting, I'm glad everything turned out so good. We live in Texas, and our wedding was in Florida, so there was no opportunity for a taste test. Everything was handled by email or video consultation. It was so hard trying to decide on the cupcake flavors because she has so many good ones. Every flavor description sounds so delicious. Our wedding cake was not one of her listed flavors, but she had no problem completing the task at hand. Based on my pinterest interests, she was able to make suggestions and help me decide the final product. I also like that Sara was fully on board with the little cake I wanted. One of the raves for 2024 cake ideas is small vintage cakes. Sara gave us everything we wanted. I can't thank her enough for EVERYTHING.
